    Best saline packets available for nasal rinsing! My husband and I both have sinus issues, he especially. We have been using these Xlear saline packets for 2-3 years now. We use them with a high pressure bottle for sinus rinsing. It works great and keeps our number of sinus infections down throughout the year or lessens the severity. Also, it is a great natural nasal decongestant when you don't want to use medication like pseudo ephedrine. I just discovered I can earn points for ordering through this website and am about to do so! Thanks Zlear :) - amyblom

    This is Great to rinse with every night I would buy this because I had Three surgeries and it did not work . I have been using this for three months and I am not congested and can breath through my nose

    I wish I knew about Xlear sooner! I suffer from chronic sinus infections, and middle ear infections. Since I've used the Xlear netti pot rinse and nose spray, I've had no more troubles. Can breathe and have lessen allergy symptoms. How did I ever live without it? - Jenn
