The XLEAR MAX saline nasal spray solution is a natural, non-addictive formula. Use as symptoms persist. Choose regular Xlear Nasal Spray with Xylitol for daily use.

Directions:
The metered nasal pump provides a precise amount of spray in a fine mist.
- Remove the clear safety cap from the bottle.
- Prior to initial use, prime the pump by holding it upright and pumping one or more times until the solution is dispensed.
- Clear the nasal passages by gently blowing your nose prior to using Xlear Max Nasal Spray.
- Insert the nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely while breathing in through your nose. Spray 1-3 times in each nostril twice daily. Clean nozzle after each use and replace the safety cap.
- Use XLEAR MAX to alleviate congestion due to colds, flu, and allergies. For regular use, we recommend using XLEAR Saline Nasal Spray with Xylitol. Shake before each use.

Amazing After 20 years plus of sinus since moving to Nz from the UK I have finally found a product that works for me. No more steroid sprays, no more other products that promise results. This delivers. I was cautious at first with the sensation from the capsicum, but it appears to be the thing I need to keep my recurring sinus infections at bay. So I’m keeping my fingers crossed and using this product to keep my nasal passages clear from previously ongoing bacteria causing blockages. So happy to have discovered this product after so many years of sinus misery.

Holy Cow! I've used XLear Xylitol and Saline spray for several years for my dry, on again, off again stuffy nose and sinuses. I love the moisture it provides year round. However, I recently came down with the flu right before the holidays and then the weather turned extremely cold with temps below zero for 2 weeks. My healing from the virus came to a dead stop from the dry, cold air outside and the dry hot air inside with the furnace running constantly to keep up. Despite the use of a humidifier, I'd still wake up with a dry, stuffy nose. Recently while at my local supplement store I found the new xlear max spray and decided to try it to relieve my poor nose & sinuses. Wow!! I could not believe how fast it works! In less than 2 minutes, I had complete relief and could breathe again. The capsicum makes this nasal spray a real waker-upper but it works great! Thank you for making such awesome products that have helped me wean off of the nasty medicated stuff. My nose is more than grateful. :) - SueW

Clear Max really works!! A few weeks ago I purchased Xlear Max because I was having sinus trouble. I get chronic sinus infections and this day was a particularly bad sinus headache day. I decided to try Xlear Max and was amazed at how quickly it worked! It does burn at first, but it lasts only a couple seconds and almost feels like it’s burning the infection out! I was able to blow my nose and feel so much less pressure! Thank you Xlear Max!! I came down with the flu this week and this stuff has saved my sinuses!!
