Directions:
1. Clear the nasal passageway by gently blowing your nose before using Xlear Saline Nasal Spray with Xylitol.
2. Insert nozzle into nostril and squeeze bottle while breathing in through your nose. Remove the nozzle from nostril before allowing bottle to re-inflate. Spray 2-4 times in each nostril.
3. Clean nozzle after use and replace the safety cap.
For best results, use at least twice daily; morning and night. Natural, drug-free formula is non-addictive and is safe to use as often as needed for optimal health to cleanse sinuses and nasal passages.

It thins mucous in the throat relieving coughing It makes colds shorter. Oddly it's ingredients are similar to debrox which I cant use since they put flavoring in it. Go figure. It does dissolves wax. Make sure you are not sensitive to it first. - DonH

Works great for allergy sufferers I got a sample of the Xlear Nasal Spray from my ENT recently and it works great without the weird tasting drainage like some other nasal sprays. It just may replace my neti pot for daily rinsing of pollens. Super convenient and not messy - Sherbo

A miracle product for me ! I discovered XLear Xylitol and saline sinus spray when I was suffering with a two-month sinus infection. Nothing helped (even antibiotics). After a few days of using XLear sinus spray I felt MUCH better. After one week of use the sinus infection was gone. For me, XLear nasal spray has prevented colds and sinus infections and has also cut them short. When I do catch a cold I use the spray more often throughout the day and night. It has made a HUGE difference for me. I find that XLear sinus spray does not allow my colds or sinus infections to escalate / get worse. I can't express how thankful I am for this product! - Dee

Great Stuff Recommended by my ENT. i was using Nasacort nasal spray & taking Claritin - then switched to Nasacort and Xyzal, all made me tired and draggy, and still had nasal congestion. Quit Nasacort, Claritin and Xyzal and only use Xlear Nasal Spray in the measured pump. My nasal congestion is gone and it also keeps the flem cleared in my throat...I think it is awesome stuff. I use it a couple times daly - I think it is awesome stuff. I did put it is a different spray bottle to get it up into my nasal passages better, nasal spray applicator does not work too well. - Terilee
