  • Holy Cow!

    I've used XLear Xylitol and Saline spray for several years for my dry, on again, off again stuffy nose and sinuses. I love the moisture it provides year round. However, I recently came down with the flu right before the holidays and then the weather turned extremely cold with temps below zero for 2 weeks. My healing from the virus came to a dead stop from the dry, cold air outside and the dry hot air inside with the furnace running constantly to keep up. Despite the use of a humidifier, I'd still wake up with a dry, stuffy nose. Recently while at my local supplement store I found the new xlear max spray and decided to try it to relieve my poor nose & sinuses. Wow!! I could not believe how fast it works! In less than 2 minutes, I had complete relief and could breathe again. The capsicum makes this nasal spray a real waker-upper but it works great! Thank you for making such awesome products that have helped me wean off of the nasty medicated stuff. My nose is more than grateful. 🙂

  • Fantastic Product

    The only product that helped me to get over a two-month sinus infection. That was a few years ago. Ever since then, I've been using the spray regularly ... more often when I feel I'm catching a cold or if I've been around people who are sick. For me, XLear has prevented colds / sinus infections. Normally, I'd become very sick but with XLear the cold / sinus infection does not progress. I highly recommend XLear sinus spray.

    As the mother of two toddlers, one of whom has cystic fibrosis, I can honestly say that this product has changed our lives.     Recommended by my ENT. i was using Nasacort nasal spray & taking Claritin - then switched to Nasacort and Xyzal, all made me tired and draggy, and still had nasal congestion. Quit Nasacort, Claritin and Xyzal and only use Xlear Nasal Spray in the measured pump. My nasal congestion is gone and it also keeps the flem cleared in my throat...I think it is awesome stuff. I use it a couple times daly - I think it is awesome stuff. I did put it is a different spray bottle to get it up into my nasal passages better, nasal spray applicator does not work too well. .

  • NOT Snake Oil

    This stuff is amazing! Cleared blocked passages after 2nd use, allowing middle ear fluid to FINALLY drain out. Note for Diabetics:Two sprays in each nostril (4 sprays total) mimics 32 grams of carbohydrates. Take insulin about 30 minutes before spraying, as it’s fairly fast acting too. Apparently Xylitol is a sugar substitute of some kind (Not sure why this raises blood sugar, but after using this 6 times on someone with T1D, be aware that it most certainly does).

  • Best Saline packets available for nasal rinsing

    My husband and I both have sinus issues, he especially. We have been using these Xlear saline packets for 2-3 years now. We use them with a high pressure bottle for sinus rinsing. It works great and keeps our number of sinus infections down throughout the year or lessens the severity. Also, it is a great natural nasal decongestant when you don't want to use medication like pseudo ephedrine. I just discovered I can earn points for ordering through this website and am about to do so! Thanks Zlear 🙂
